Some of the most important work in a luxury home is never visible once the project is completed.

At Project 025, located in Maryvilla, Calpe, we are currently carrying out the waterproofing process for the flat roof areas before continuing with the next construction stages.

Once the entire waterproofing system has been installed, every roof surface is completely flooded with water and maintained under testing conditions for 48 hours. This procedure allows us to verify the full watertightness of the system and detect even the smallest imperfection before progressing further in the construction process.

After the testing phase, the OCT (Technical Control Organisation) performs an independent inspection to certify that the roof is completely sealed and compliant with all required technical standards. Only after this approval can the following construction phases begin.

Although this process will remain completely hidden once the house is finished, it plays a fundamental role in the durability, reliability and long-term quality of the property.
